Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Procurement Team, you will provide advisory services on procurement initiatives, policies, processes, and procedures to facilitate the organization-wide procurement of goods and services. This includes product standardization, consolidation, and procedure development.
- Additional Duties:
- Provide end-to-end procurement advisory services to ensure consistency and quality assurance in vendor selection, contract negotiation, legal and contractual standards, and procurement policies and processes.
- Plan and lead procurements by conducting needs analysis, developing specifications, overseeing evaluation processes, and determining appropriate procurement approvals.
- Offer guidance on enterprise-wide vendor of record (VOR) arrangements and client-led procurements.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop, and/or review procurement business cases and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Analyze business and financial risks to ensure the organization maintains accountability for fair, open, competitive, and transparent procurement processes.
- Procurement Operations:
- Place purchase orders and manage related reporting.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to specified timeframes and milestones.
- Plan acceptance tests, if required.
- Define measurement methods for suppliers to monitor and report on their performance.
- Manage system documentation, if required.
