Job Title : Technical Support Tier 1

Pay Rate : $20/hour

Location : Office 1000 Deerfield Pkwy Buffalo Grove IL USA 60089

Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)

Timekeeping : Dayforce

Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming technical support requests for product information and issues.
• Log and document support requests in the company call tracking system.
• Resolve 40% of support requests with technical training and creative solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to Field Support Engineers.
• Complete required training courses for skill enhancement and career development.
• Participate in special projects to expand technical abilities.

Requirements :

Required :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and satisfaction focus.

Preferred :

• Bachelor’s degree in Hardware/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and computer networking is a plus
