  • Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN - onsite
  • Note: Candidates must have the following licenses for consideration: SIE, Series 7, 66, & MN Life and Variable Annuity.


What you will do as the Client Services Manager:

  • Scribe during client meetings
  • Direct contact with advisors and clients
  • Submit the annuity applications
  • Complete and verify client investment transactions directed by an advisor
  • Resolve client issues and call the client back when the problem has been resolved
  • Call clients to request more information or discuss follow-up
  • Provide stellar service to clients and remain focused on the overall client experience
  • Review appointment schedule with an advisor and provide support for meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Handle service calls and correspondence from clients, corporate offices, or other professionals.
  • Record all client communications in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, for example, interactions, preferences, reporting, tracking, etc.
  • Perform operational processing, including money movement, service requests, applications, check deposits, etc.


What you will bring to the role as the Client Services Manager:

  • High school diploma
  • Must have the following licenses: SIE, Series 7, 66, & MN Life and Variable Annuity
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
  • Effective and efficient time management
  • Polite and clear phone manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and company
  • Ability to support compliance within the advisor’s practice
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
