What you’ll do as the Administrative Assistant:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone communications
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain supply inventories for various departments to ensure necessary items are readily available
- Order, track, and distribute corporate credit cards
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming
What you’ll bring to the Administrative Assistant role:
- 1 year of Administrative Support experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a variety of tasks with frequent interruptions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
