They’re building an AI-first CoPilot that transforms how sellers work and empowering businesses to understand and predict human interactions with remarkable precision. By leveraging state-of-the-art AI and ML, they’ve bridged the gap between data and human connection, unlocking insights that were once unimaginable.

The Business

Backed by industry leading VCs and having recently gone through Series A, the business are looking to add to their A* team of Stanford/Harvard Alumni & Ex-Google, Meta, & Amazon employees. They’ve grown from <$100k to $1M+ revenue in 8 months and have significant runway ahead of them (3+ years).

The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll architect and implement sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems that power our sales co-pilot, making it feel like every seller has a seasoned sales mentor by their side. You'll drive continuous innovation by incorporating cutting-edge AI advancements, running rapid experiments, and iterating based on real user feedback to create truly magical experiences for our users.

What we’re looking for as a minimum..

• Experience with RAG / AI Copilot Systems
• Experience with Vector DBs
• Experience with Text Data & NLP
• Python Expertise
• Experience fine-tuning Language Models
