What You’ll Do
Sales Execution:
- Be a trailblazer: Cold call, knock on doors, and build lasting relationships with small business owners in the cargo trailer space.
- Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with provided leads and your own ingenuity.
- Establish a reputation as a trusted partner and advisor to clients.
Strategic Leadership:
- Create and implement a winning sales strategy to scale the trailer division.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-performing sales team as the division grows.
- Represent Wait Industries with passion and professionalism as the face of the trailer division.
Operations & Growth:
- Analyze market trends and identify new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set ambitious sales targets—and surpass them.
- Continuously refine processes for maximum efficiency and results.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably with physical products.
- Proven success selling to SMBs, consistently exceeding quotas quarter over quarter.
- Experience in cold calling, in-person sales, or similar high-energy environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams.
- Expertise with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
