Sales Director
Our client, a fast-growing, global, Generative AI SaaS provider is looking for a Regional Director to lead a team of 5 “Enterprise” Account Executives selling Fortune 500 accounts in the northeast region. Preference for Financial Services. We are looking for a special leader who has experience growing revenue quickly – doubling revenues say from $10M to $20M ARR.
Company offers an aggressive compensation plan with a path to making seven figures.
Preferred Profile
- 10+ years of Enterprise software / SaaS selling experience
- 3+ years Sales Leadership of “Enterprise” Account Executives
- Consistent performer (100%+ quota) – Presidents Club
- Expertise selling to IT decision makers – security, observability, DevOp, operations, security, analytics or similar preferred
- Preference for selling Financial Services in the Northeast
- Experience scaling a team in hyper-growth mode. Doubling revenues.
- Formal disciplined sales methodology – prefer MEDDICC, Force Management Command the Message, Challenger
- Strategic, value based, Executive Voice, charismatic
- Earning History and expectations in the Top10% of the software industry
- Degreed
- Tenure in position – no short stays
- Based in the Northeast – 100% remote
