Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our Orlando team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by connecting with prospective clients, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and building strong relationships with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads and databases.
• Introduce City Wide Facility Solutions' services and value propositions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain and update accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM software.
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
• Provide a professional and positive experience for potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
