We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team of wellness instructors and front desk associates. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing studio operations, driving membership sales, and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including staff supervision and ensuring smooth studio functionality.
• Achieve a 30% conversion rate of first-time guests to memberships.
• Build corporate partnerships, aiming to secure 1-2 partnerships and 50-100 memberships monthly.
• Oversee the studio’s social media presence and engage with local influencers.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing issues with professionalism.
• Plan and manage studio events to attract and retain members.
