Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

Role Overview:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This role requires a strong background in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain management, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and quality improvement.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier performance, including contracts, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
• Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering cost savings.
• Proficient in procurement tools and software (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices is a plus.
