Community Manager
Scope of Work
DUTIES : Renaissance Groups desires to retain a Community Manager In this capacity, Community Manager shall work to achieve specific goals established and determined by Renaissance, according to where it believes the greatest potential exists for a program to benefit its operations and/or the communities it serves.
PROJECT : The project is focused on supporting the projects at the Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and understanding the details, programs and data that support those programs as well as other projects that Renaissance deems appropriate. The Community Manager will provide support to the EV Car share program, oversee the day-to-day operation of the Green Economy Lab and other special projects as needed.
Position Overview
The community manager is responsible for:
· Being the community connection for the EV Car share program
· Day-to-day operations at the Green Economy Lab
· Provides support to our community partners using the space.

To accelerate our efforts, we're looking for a bright and endlessly curious person to help support existing partnerships to advance the work of the green initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity across a variety of community partners and projects.
Your Responsibilities May Include
· Coordinate with the EV Car Share program
Work with the EV Car Share provider to help with outreach activities. Work with the community partners on outreach events. Help residents utilize the app and the services. Be available for problem solving for residents
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Green Economy Lab
o Manage communications and relationships with partners at the lab
o Your priority is making sure the space is inviting and productive.
o Greet guests and drop-ins to the space
o Coordinate space scheduling for trainings and meetings for partners to ensure effective use of the space
o Serve as our representative to the broader community and get involved in activities that build community awareness and public support of the space.
o Master our coworking software platform used for billing, door access, event management, and reservable resource management.
o Ensure the coworking space remains clean by straightening up, educating partners to clean up after themselves, and utilizing external cleaning services
o Ensure smooth, day-to-day operations of the space including tasks such as brewing coffee, stocking office supplies, or managing maintenance and repair needs.
? Support a series of local organizations and external collaborations (nonprofit, public or private) – Support those partners who use the space to further their objectives as they match up with the goals of the projects we support
This position is located in Stockton, CA.

The salary range for this position is: $55,000-$60,000
