Role:  The Kitchen Manager shall oversee all aspects of running a clean, efficient, and quality kitchen. This position requires maintaining multiple hats often at the same time or in the same day – prep cook, line cook, employee supervisor, and chef. Working collaboratively with the leadership to maintain our menu, opening/closing SOPs, good staff management, food safety protocols, and cleanliness in a positive work environment is essential.
