The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the kitchen team and following culinary standards at Postscript. The Kitchen Manager ensures that dishes are prepared correctly and that daily service is executed in a timely, clean, and efficient manner. The Kitchen Manager works closely with the General Manager and must be able to assume responsibility for all aspects of menu execution and BOH operations. Including but not limited to; managing product purchasing within budget; prep planning, execution, and directing; overseeing personnel in the kitchen, including hiring, reviewing, and training all team members; overseeing standard operating procedures and cleaning schedules. The Kitchen Manager will be the Culinary Director's right hand, aiding the General Manager and ensuring service continues uninterrupted.
