Description:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join their team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving their business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and hold product demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying informed about developments in the Construction, Real Estate and/or Building Controls and Integration sectors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and the occasional in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value and solutions their company offers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success
- Fluent in English and French with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Building Controls and Integration industries (asset)
- General knowledge regarding the Information Technology space (asset)
