We are urgently hiring Business Systems Analyst- Expert for one of our banking & financial service client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid working model)
Duration: 6 months contract (possible of extension)
Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review system capabilities and workflow for end users In addition:
• Work with business partners to elicit, gather, define and document business and solution requirements (both functional and non-functional).
• Facilitate requirement discussions, clarifications with other technology partners to ensure business and user needs are met.
• Define scope and develop functional and non-functional solution specifications with UI/UX and content team members
• Collaborate and support project team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
• On time delivery and execution of requirement related processes and artifacts.
• Provide transparency in requirements planning and delivery, reporting project status as required
• Ensure requirement deliverables adhere to best practices and quality standards.
• Adherence to Client requirements standards, work practices, processes, security standards and policies.
• Maintain requirement artifacts delivered through the software development lifecycle processes
• Manage reviews and approvals with partners and stakeholders as identified with project manager, ensuring engagement in requirement work packages and deliverables
• Liaise with business partners including product stakeholders, product support teams, and peer technology team members.
Must Have Requirement:
- Hybrid and Waterfall BA experience required, 10+ years combined
- Banking or financial institution experience, 5+ years
- Software development lifecycle experience, 5+ years
- Agile requirement authoring tools such as JIRA, Confluence required, 3 years
