Your new role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will:

• Lead initiatives in recruiting, labor relations, employee relations, talent management, and engagement.
• Support recruitment processes, workforce planning, and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Translate company culture into effective local HR solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Develop and implement local actions for talent management, budgeting, and rewards.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Operate autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Be a strategic problem solver with the ability to handle both strategic and tactical tasks.
• Thrive in a high-growth, high-change environment.

What you'll need to succeed

Must have experience working with Unionized staff.

Ideally, you will come from the manufacturing or CPG industry, but if not, have a strong interest to work in it.

You will potentially be a junior manager now where you work now as this title aligns to that level (specialist)

At least 3 years experience in a similar role - or able to demonstrate transferable experience
