Immediate need for a talented UAS Nurse. This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Brooklyn NY, Bronx NY and Manhattan NY(Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: RN must prep for the visit the morning of or afternoon before (Review of EMR and previous assessments).Be prepared to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Accurately document according to the provided documentation template which is a minimum of what is expected.Review all documentation and utilize Lenavi to identify inconsistencies that need to be corrected or validated.Complete and load supplemental tools and documents.Each day varies, nurse needs to be flexible with schedule and process changes, critical thinking and problem solving, prepared for travel, weather variability.Ability to be non-judgmental when visiting members’ homes and experiencing adverse events. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills-MLTC, MAP UASComplete 2-5 visits depending on the type of visit assigned.Visits have different time allotments assigned based on what is required during the visit.Individuals that have MLTC, MAP or Maximus experience.UAS RNMLTC, MAP or Maximus experience.Flexibility.Excellent written and verbal communication.Technology: outlook, Excel, Microsoft.ASSoftware Skills Required: Word, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft, Adobe, EMS.Required Certifications: RN, NY State Driver’s License.Organized.Education Preferred: BSN.Note-Location: F 2 F – Remote (Travel to the members home to conduct the visit.) Brooklyn or Bronx or Manhattan.Duration: 3 Months (contract to hire).Shift Time & Working Days: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM position (7.5 hours daily). Overtime may be required.
