Top requirements:
Capital Markets Experience:
-Proven track record in leading large-scale delivery and initiatives within Capital Markets.
-Experience in institutional trading within a broker-dealer setting.
-Expertise in FX, rates, equities, or related areas.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with front, middle, and back-office teams.
Product Management Experience:
-Demonstrated experience in both business and technical aspects of Product Management.
-Proficiency in Atlassian Tool Suite: Jira and Confluence.
-Strong Writing, Presentation, and Communication Skills.
The Capital Markets Product Transformation Consultant will initially support existing transformation efforts, such as FX, by assisting lead coaches in preparation, managing related inquiries, and documenting transformation activities. Over time, the role will progress to independently leading CIB Product Transformation initiatives.
- Support lead coaches in preparing for transformation activities within the Agile/Product Transformation team.
- Manage and respond to inquiries related to ongoing transformations in the capital markets domain.
- Document transformation processes and best practices, particularly in the context of FX and CRM.
- Progress towards leading independent CIB Product Transformation efforts.
- Translate training insights into documented best practices, especially relevant to capital markets and financial services.
- Shadow FX transformation led by David, learning intricacies of operational guidelines and processes.
- Engage in transformation meetings and contribute to updating operational guidelines as necessary.
- Track progress of transformation projects and teams using tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Prepare to lead their own transformation initiatives by the end of the year, focusing on agile delivery within capital markets.
- Work closely with teams in a hands-on manner to ensure transformation success, particularly at the team level.
