Employee Relations Manager
A meaningful non-profit based in Sherman Oaks is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join their thriving organization.
What You’ll Do: In this role, you will lead investigations and provide guidance on employee relations matter for all staff members, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing disciplinary documents, conducting investigative interviews, management of policies and contracts, and collaborating with senior leadership on proper courses of action.
What You’ll Receive: A competitive base salary in the $80k-$90k range and the opportunity to work with a great team.
What You’ll Bring: 5-7 years of relevant Employee Relations experience, knowledge of employment laws (e.g., FMLA, HIPAA, FLSA, EEO, etc.), excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and strong analytical skills.
