About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Talent Supply Chain Consultant/ Account manager to join our team in Montreal, Canada. This individual will play a critical role in managing talent acquisition strategies for key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless workforce solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver talent supply chain solutions for designated accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams for recruitment and workforce planning.
- Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Company management team to monitor KPIs and ensure service excellence.
- Support clients in workforce strategy development, including contingent workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Experience : Minimum of 6 years in talent solutions, recruitment, or workforce planning, with a strong focus on large accounts.
- Languages : Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
- Location : Based in Montreal or surrounding areas, with the ability to work on-site or hybrid as needed.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Expertise : Knowledge of talent supply chain management, recruitment operations, and client account management.
- Skills : Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Working with companies like KellyOCG, IBM, Kraft Canada, or similar.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level accounts in Canada and the U.S.
