We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join a leading IT services provider! If you have a passion for networking and troubleshooting, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Configuration & Troubleshooting : Configure, deploy, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies (access points, cloud keys, controllers).
• Escalated Support : Act as an escalation point for more complex network incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
• Network Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor client networks to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues and enhance network performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience : 3+ years working with network hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, HP) and network diagnostic tools.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and networking protocols.
• Networking OS : Hands-on experience with network operating systems like Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS.
• Certifications : CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA (or similar) are a plus.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
