What You’ll Do
As a Sales Coordinator , you will play a vital role in the success of our community by:
Sales & Leasing:
- Guiding seniors and their families through selecting and moving into their new home.
- Utilizing the Senior Star Sales System to provide a seamless sales experience.
- Conducting tours, creating positive first impressions, and maintaining model apartments.
- Coordinating the move-in process and working with Health Services on resident assessments.
Business Development:
- Dedicating at least 16 hours weekly to building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Organizing and participating in marketing events, presentations, and trade shows.
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve occupancy goals.
Community Engagement:
- Leading engagement programs like the Resident/Family/Associate/Friend Referral Program, Ambassador Program, and Housewarming Program.
- Building strong partnerships with referral sources and contributing to a welcoming, vibrant community atmosphere.

- A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities who enjoys working with seniors and the public.
- A proactive self-starter with strong marketing and sales capabilities.
- Perseverant and tenacious in following up on leads and completing tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude, aligned with Senior Star’s mission and values .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retirement, marketing, or public relations industries (helpful but not required).
- Familiarity with local markets and community resources (a plus).
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other tools to document activities and manage workflows.

Physical Requirements
This role involves a combination of:
