Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in Colorado to find a dedicated Litigation Legal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic legal team and contribute to its success.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting attorneys with all aspects of litigation case management, including document preparation and court filings.
- Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence, motions, and other legal documents.
- Managing case files and maintaining client records accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
- Assisting in trial preparation and providing support during court proceedings.
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within a litigation setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Monday to Friday
