This individual will oversee the Total Rewards program, which includes:

Compensation, Benefits, HRIS & Reporting, Payroll, Employee Engagement & HR Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 10+ years of relevant HR/Total Rewards experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience in HRIS strategy development & systems implementation (UKG experience preferred)
