Job Title: Information Security Analyst

Salary / Pay Rate: $87,000–$121,000 annually (Target closer to $110,000)

Location: Hybrid role, a few days per week/month onsite at 4340 E. Cotton Center, Phoenix

They are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to safeguarding critical systems and data, performing risk assessments, and implementing security enhancements. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Conducting security and vulnerability analyses, including risk assessments and determining risks to systems, datasets, and applications.
• Maintaining and enhancing data protection systems to prevent unauthorized access and data loss, utilizing technologies like Microsoft Purview for DLP, sensitivity labeling, and insider risk management.
• Documenting and maintaining critical information such as risk registers, SOPs, program guides, and system configurations.
• Monitoring compliance with security policies and procedures, analyzing IT security logs and reports, and upgrading security systems to address vulnerabilities.
• Collaborating with internal teams and end-users to implement effective cybersecurity solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• A degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems or a related field, with progressive hands-on experience in security systems technologies.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as ISACA, SANS, ISC(2), CEH, or CRISC.
• Demonstrated expertise in Third-Party Risk Management, risk analysis, and security frameworks.
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Purview for data loss prevention and security posture management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in maintaining comprehensive security documentation.
