Qualifications

• A minimum of three years paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys

Responsibilities

• Drafting standard pleadings and correspondence, including subpoenas, requests for production, FOIL requests, discovery demands
• Handling all aspects of case discovery
• Communications with clients, vendors
• Document collection and file maintenance
• Document review, redaction and indexing in preparation for production, exhibits, and trial. .
• Trial and deposition preparation.
