Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction operations, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
- Coordinate with project owners, agents, subcontractors, and crews to ensure project goals are met.
- Lead efforts in scheduling, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Accurately determine and report quantities of work performed, and materials needed.
- Track project progress, ensuring everything stays on schedule and on budget.
- Perform detailed inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and construction laws.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills , with a keen understanding of construction operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify potential issues early on.
