TEEMA's client is seeking a Sales Manager to join the team in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage sales operations across assigned territories, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, starting with one representative, with plans to expand the team in the future.
- Drive the full sales cycle, including pitching, selling, and closing deals with prospective customers.
- Implement and maintain structured sales processes using established tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead handling and optimize customer engagement.
- Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong and effective sales organization.
- Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and operational excellence.
- Achieve consistent results while positioning for future growth into regional or national leadership roles.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience in either Door to Door services for home owners, Alarm, Solar, Automotive, Commission only entities, concrete and construction industries
- Experience in leading or mentoring team members
- Highschool education or above
