Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Account Transfer Representative to their team in Toronto. In this hybrid role, you will facilitate the seamless transfer of client accounts, ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your bilingual communication skills in French and English will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of account transfers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Review and validate transfer documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external financial institutions to resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account transfer inquiries.
- Provide professional and timely assistance in both French and English.
- Proactively communicate transfer status updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all transfer requests in internal systems.
- Generate reports and summaries for management as needed.
- Ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or financial services, with exposure to account transfers being an asset.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with financial systems or account transfer platforms is a strong asset.
