Responsibilities:
• Keeping a sufficient supply of consumables in stock
• Maintain an organized storage area and keep track of all consumable inventory
• Monitoring of all output devices to ensure they have sufficient toner
• Replace consumables within contracted site allotted time
• Shake toners after first low or out message is displayed
• Print demo page to make sure quality is ok (replace if bad)
• Replace cartridge immediately when empty message is displayed
• Return all customer calls received for consumables ASAP
• All consumable deliveries must be logged in the consumable delivery log
• Change maintenance kits and maintenance parts on all devices
• Perform monthly quality checks of all devices
• Clean physical printers and print demo page for quality check
• Quality checks must be performed once a month
• Answer and return all customer calls in a timely manner
• All calls must be logged in the customer inquiry log
• If needed, place a ticket in Service Now system (GSNOW)
• Conduct end-user training when needed by customer
• Maintain end-user relationship to assure high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Printer Hardware-Clearing paper jams. replacing toner, etc.

- Sound Administrative Skills

- Microsoft Word
- Be able to lift <60 lbs.
- Be able to pass background checks
- be able to pass drug test
