Job Description

The Compensation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to support organizational goals. This role involves analyzing market data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with HR and leadership to develop effective pay structures, incentive plans, and compensation strategies. The position also includes providing guidance on compensation-related matters and supporting Total Rewards initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmark company compensation practices.
  • Evaluate job roles and determine appropriate salary levels.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on compensation strategies.
  • Provide insights and reports on compensation trends and metrics.
  • Support Total Rewards initiatives and employee communication efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation or HR-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws; CCP certification is a plus.
