Must have experience as a Litigation Paralegal. You will be a litigation only paralegal supporting two to four Attorneys as part of the firm's personal injury practice.

Job Duties:

• Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel and expert witnesses
• Manage deadlines and schedule meetings, depositions, arbitration, mediation, and the like
• Analyze medical records and bills
• Prepare mediation and settlement conference memorandum
• Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence and pleadings timely
• Draft initial and supplemental disclosure statements as well as court pleadings

Experience and Education Required:

• Experience using case management software.
• Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Research proficient, pre-trial prep, and trial assistance experience required.
• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision.
• Document production and organization a must. Organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format.
• Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State.
• Must demonstrate a strong worth ethic and consistent schedule
• Experience with document management system required
