Contract : W2, 6 months

Location : Boston, MA (Fully Onsite)

Pay Range : $22-25/hour DOE

Brief Summary

Join a fast-paced, high-volume environment within the Global Robotics Operations team. This role involves managing the spare part network while driving process improvements and supporting critical supply chain operations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage our clients Robotics portfolio change management using AGILE PLM.
• Oversee KTLO tasks, including order management and customer escalations.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-outs or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline the parts supply chain.
• Solve problems and design solutions for customers.
• Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference purposes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines.
• Supply Chain experience is a must.
• Strong math, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel modeling.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ticketing, and stakeholder management.
• Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
