A small /Med growing company with global footprint in safety consumer services.
We are looking for a part-time People operations Specialist. Someone well-versed and passionate about employee experience, HR systems and administration, HR compliance, and supporting the organization’s growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Payroll Specialist and possess proficiency in various business software, including payroll and HR systems, communication platforms, and cloud-based file sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Bi-weekly payroll for <50 employees.
- Assist in benefits enrollment and ensure timely filing of employment-related tax and regulatory documents
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and knowledge of payroll regulatory changes.
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews ,terminations and onboarding new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Payroll Specialist
- Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual, Spanish/English
