Worthington Design & Remodeling, a remodeling construction company, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist in Carmel, IN.

OPPORTUNITY:

In our Sales Support role, you will enthusiastically manage pre-sales activities. Follow up on leads from our marketing partner to pre-qualify and set appointments for our sales team and update our CRM database. Manage our social media postings highlighting our dynamic projects, deliver thank you gifts to clients, and coordinate other sales support activity. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your outstanding organizational skills and helpful demeanor will provide valuable support for our future growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage incoming call inquiries and follow-up on supplied leads to educate prospects about our services and pre-qualify the prospect.

• Set appointments for our sales team to meet with prospects and perform follow-up sales communication.

• Provide customer service and front desk assistance.

• Conduct and coordinate tasks to support the sales department.

• Track customer data and feedback and share with our sales team to support future sales.

• Organize gatherings and client meetings for the organization.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Personable, helpful and accommodating with an outgoing personality.

• 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative role. And we are open to recent college graduates.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail.

• Customer focused with polished communication and presentation skills

• Enjoys a team spirited work environment and values being a key player in our success.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Worthington Design & Remodeling will reward your talents with a competitive compensation package of $50K - $55K based on an 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. work schedule. Your comprehensive benefit package includes health, vision, life, company vehicle, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and birthday time off. This is an in-office position, and our office is conveniently located in Carmel, IN. We are also open to individuals who prefer part-time work schedule.
