Sales Support Specialist
Job Summary
Vaco has partnered with a Large Manufacturing company and they have an opening for a high motivated Sales Support Specialist to provide sales support by generating reports, creating engaging presentations, and assisting with administrative tasks. We are seeking highly driven candidates with large company experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Healthy benefits are offered.
Job Functions/Duties: - Compile and generate reports for business reviews with customers
- Running monthly and quarterly reports as required.
- Create customized presentations that highlight key data to resonate with clients.
- Assist with the credit application process
- Respond to current customer inquiries
- Organize meetings by preparing documents and presentations.
- Keep accurate records on shipment status.
Qualifications: - B.S. in Business administration is required
- 2+ years of experience in Sales support/administration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience with Zoom Info and Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask on many projects, often with competing priority levels.
Schedule - The position is located full time the Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters or in our Parsippany, NJ office.
