Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage the CEO’s demanding calendar, prioritize competing demands, and ensure flawless travel arrangements.
  • Create compelling agendas, reports, and presentations, equipping the CEO to lead effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Trustees and act as a liaison to donors, partners, and officials, fostering strong relationships.
  • Handle correspondence, maintain contact lists, and oversee expense reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Streamline processes, implement best practices, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring flawless execution and memorable experiences.
  • Anticipate challenges and provide innovative solutions to maintain operational efficiency.


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
