Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Streamline Operations: Take charge of the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless operations. Craft compelling presentations, draft high-level communications, and maintain organized priorities.
- Collaborate with Leaders: Act as the bridge between the CEO, internal teams, board members, and external partners, driving clear communication and efficient follow-up on strategic initiatives.
- Lead Event & Meeting Coordination: Orchestrate board meetings, prepare impactful materials, and manage logistics for executive gatherings, retreats, and special events.
- Champion Organizational Success: Oversee key projects, meticulously track expenses, and maintain critical documents and records. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to advance the organization’s mission.
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Experience working in the legal field, consulting, or other professional services settings.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
- Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with a professional demeanor and discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
