Our HR Coordinator position is a great opportunity to work with a leading Medical manufacturing company!
This is your chance to work closely with manufacturing teams and leadership within a company dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.
We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:
1. 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office
3. Experience with Employee Relations, onboarding, personnel record management
Pay: $31-$36/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Type of Job: Contract; with possibility for permanent hire
Location : 100% onsite: Fort Worth, TX

HR Coordinator Daily Tasks : What you will do:
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- PCN Processing: Manage personnel change notices (PCNs) accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely updates to employee records.
- Onboarding: Oversee new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and initial training coordination.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR-related paperwork, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams and leadership to address HR needs and support operational goals.
- Bilingual Communication: Utilize English and Spanish skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
HR Coordinator Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Employee Relations, onboarding, personnel record management
