Flybridge Staffing is seeking a SQL DBA for a client in the Boca Raton area. (Mid Level position) This is a direct-hire position that will work off an onsite schedule. You will manage, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues in on-prem and cloud environments. (SQL Server, MongoDB, and other cloud technologies)

Experience and Responsibilities:

3-5 years of SQL DBA experience including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with cloud database services such as Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS for SQL Server, MongoDB Atlas).
• Experience with clustered database environments for both on-prem and cloud.
• Experience implementing and maintaining database backup and disaster recovery solutions in the cloud.
• Strong T-SQL skills and data modeling knowledge.
• Hand on experience with both SSRS and SSIS.
• Experience with storage and capacity planning.
• Deploy, configure, and manage SQL Server and MongoDB databases in cloud environments. (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Ensuring high performance, availability, and cloud security best practices.
• Monitor database performance and tune and optimize SQL queries, MongoDB operations, and cloud database instances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Create and maintain database documentation, including data models, schema designs, and system configurations.
