Responsibilities
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments and provide vendors with eligibility information
- Assists with new hire orientation benefit overview- distribute information, determine eligibility and assist employees with all benefit related issues and questions
- Research best plans and negotiate with vendors
- Process and administer all leave of absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
- Oversee the administration of 401(k) plans and other retirement plans. This includes submitting contribution and loan files, coordinating fund transfers, and reviewing plan data.
- Prepares accurate 401(k) compliance materials in a timely manner including but not limited to: Form 5500 filings, Summary Annual Reports and Summary Plan
- Provide reports for allocation/billing charges.
- Assist with other HR functions and act as back up for payroll if required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
