Executive Personal Assistant to UHNW Entrepreneur

Exceptional opportunity to support a lovely, charismatic visionary - this role has not been open in 20 years.

• Manage CEO’s complex and frequently changing schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan personal and business trips including private flights, helicopters, hotels, ground transportation, security, and provide detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate all business meetings, calls, and ensure all materials are prepared in advance.
• Liaise with operating companies and schedule business quarterly meetings.
• Occasionally travel to support CEO
• Train and interview all new EAs for the office of the CEOs.
• Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage private jet calendar and coordinate all trips and visas.
• Work with family office to process donations, wires, school funds.

Compensation: $150k-200k, DOE
