Description Reporting directly into the President, as the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following: Oversee daily operations of the Engineering & Manufacturing department. Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes. Manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals. Monitor operational performance and implement necessary improvements. Manage budget and resources efficiently. Provide regular reports on department performance to senior management. Profile A successful Operations Manager should have: A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field. Proven experience in a management role within the manufacturing industry.
