Job specification - Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in the Med-Surg ICU, including monitoring, assessment, and administration of medications.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to perform assessments, interventions, and treatments for critically ill patients.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans, progress, and changes in condition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving high standards of patient care.
- Provide emotional support and address concerns to help patients and families navigate the ICU experience.
Candidate requirements - BSN is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is acceptable with relevant experience.
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a Med-Surg ICU or similar intensive care setting.
- BLS certification required, ACLS) certification preferred &Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
