Review and approve project schedules, budgets, change orders, and contract documents. Foster positive relationships with the client and all involved parties to ensure satisfaction and seamless communication throughout the project. Proven experience (5 years) managing multifamily or similar residential projects, with a strong understanding of garden-style developments. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A track record of successful project delivery, maintaining quality and budget constraints. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project). Knowledge of Florida construction regulations, permitting processes, and local subcontractor networks. Job Offer Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Opportunity to work with a leading firm and deliver high-impact projects in Miami's thriving real estate market.
