Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join the Kelowna team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial roofing projects, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management: Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from initiation to completion, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, conduct inspections, and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and invoices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the commercial roofing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
