Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details General Information Required Experience: 2 years of OR – Level 1 or 2 trauma experience Patient Types: Surgical (Urology/Neuro/Ortho/Robotic/General/Podiatry/ENT) Pre and Post Recovery (Phase I and Phase II) with some ICU level care needed. Patient Ratios: OR 1:1, Pre-Op 1:2, PACU Phase I - 1:1 or 1:2, PACU Phase II - 1:2-3 Support on the Unit: Surgery and Pre-Op/PACU Charting System/Equipment: EPIC, Omnicell, Alaris Floating: RN: As needed (PreOp/PACU/Floor) Orientation: All specialties: 1 week Scheduling: Weekend rotation, Call, Holiday Expectations, Approval of time off.
