Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support due diligence and ensure compliance with financial regulations, including EDD and AML processes.
• Manage client accounts, providing detailed updates and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding and oversee the adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and promote satisfaction through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Series 7 license preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
• Background in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering superior client service.
• Experience with financial or compliance-related platforms is an asset.
