Job Title: RCA Specialist

Location: Knoxville, TN 37920(Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract) with Possible Extension

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Job Description:

• Training will be conducted in the office 5 days per week.
• After training, the role requires working on-site five days a week, with the potential for flexibility (3 days in-office) in the future, depending on performance and quality.

WORKING HOURS:

• 8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM (EST)

INTERVIEW INFO:

• In-person interview, one round, with two interviewers (both hiring managers).

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Review merchant accounts for unusual and/or suspicious activity to comply with BSA reporting requirements. This includes: pulling reports from source systems; analyzing information to identify unusual/suspicious activity; compiling supporting documentation; creating case note documents; running macros; completing suspicious activity reporting forms; writing descriptive narratives; monitoring workload for completion by deadline

TOP REQUIREMENTS: Excel (to include pivot tables) - at least one year experience; Word; analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to write narratives; time management skills; interpersonal skills
