Job Description
  • Leads the analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized ETL and reporting processes to support organizational and departmental needs, including integration with internal and external data partners.
  • Independently develops solutions to support clinical research efforts with minimal supervision.
  • Oversees data ingestion from diverse sources.
  • Adopts and implements best practices for ETL development, adapting processes as required.
  • Collaborates with research leads and technical teams to design and build ETL workflows, transforming data into formats optimized for research and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in clinical and research environments, ensuring the secure management of confidential data sets and the appropriate distribution of authorized subsets.
  • Manages sensitive data file transfers, ensuring compliance with governance approvals and maintaining accurate records of data inventory and transfer activities.
